Refund policy

We want you to love your CADELIX pieces. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underscarf caps cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
• Items marked final sale cannot be returned.

How to return

Email us at info@cadelix.be with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return, and we will send you the return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Contact us and we will help you exchange, subject to availability.

Under EU consumer law you have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
